Laura hails from Indianapolis, Indiana where she began playing the piano at the age of 7. Laura studied classical piano until she was accepted into the performing arts program at Butler University. Laura began her performing career at Holiday World as a singer-dancer and continued performing in musicals and on cruise ships in Florida. After many years of performing, Laura returned home and received a piano pedagogy certificate from Butler University. Laura has enjoyed accompanying vocalists, children’s choirs, and young instrumentalists as well as teaching private piano lessons locally for 15 years. Laura currently lives in Broadripple with her children, mother, mini chow “Chowder”, ferret “Gman, and two cats “Smokey and Misty.
