Angela grew up in a deeply musical family where music was woven into the fabric of everyday life. It was during high school that she discovered her passion for the violin, and through the opportunity to perform with various orchestras and small ensembles, she cultivated a love for collaboration and the joy of making music with others. This formative experience inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Performance, and a few years later, she decided to further her education, earning a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance from Butler University in Indianapolis.

While at Butler, Angela continued to teach and perform throughout the Indianapolis area, playing with prestigious groups such as the Carmel Symphony, Anderson Symphony, and serving as Concertmaster for the Hendricks Symphony Orchestra. She also had the honor of being Concertmaster for the Butler Symphony Orchestra during her time completing her Master’s degree. Angela remains an active performer, playing with various orchestras throughout the Indianapolis area, and she enjoys collaborating with many of the talented musicians in her community.

Angela discovered her love for teaching at the age of 14 when she began mentoring her first students. After earning her Bachelor’s degree, she dedicated herself to building a full-time teaching studio, guiding students from beginners to advanced levels. Her teaching philosophy centers on helping students foster a deep love for music, making learning both enjoyable and adventurous. She focuses on building a strong technical foundation while nurturing each student’s unique musical journey, helping them achieve their goals and develop a broader understanding of music.
